i used champo for like a year i think, or just under. very deligently. i didnt get hair growth, stayed the same. i was doing a hair care routine as well, and still nothing.

since joining this forum and also following other youtubers, i realized you really have to build a hair care routine that works, for me so far the following helped me the most to get results:

    1. Scalp massage everyday for 10-15 minutes (just with my finger tips, point is to move the blood).

    2. use immortal’s oil 2 times a week, leave in 1 hour, and wash with a paraban free shampoo. these kind of shampoo are ideal for hair already struggling to grow, as any fragrances or harmful ingreidents hinder any chance of hair growth.

    3. collagen supplement 2x a day. use the powdered version. its ideal nutrition for hair to grow, of course on its own it wont do as much, as when you do it in a routine like this. simply try for 3 months and you will see for yourself.

    4. stop excessive sexual activity. i know sounds weird but it is true.

    5. exercise enough. even if its 30 mins walking a day. if you already do this, then increase it.

    6. lean protein diet to help reset hormones. most people have insulin problems that have never been diagnosed. if you have a sweet tooth, or like fats, you likely have a insulin issue, even if its mild, it affects hair growth. going on a lean protein (animal protein) diet helps a lot, you only eat lean beef or lamb, and steamed leafy greens – nothing else. not eggs, not fruits no nothing – at least for 2 weeks. this forces your body to not spike insulin at all, and heals the pancreas to allow better insulin function. 2 weeks is enough to see what it does.

i tried it for 6 months and it didnt do anything for me.

i would recommend immortal’s oil if you are looking for something thats topical support for hair growth.

most of champo serum reviews on reddit and trustpilot are fake. i wont trust them at all.

as other user already mentioned, immortal’s oil is the most trusted way to do it naturally, alongside a healthy hair growth routine (scalp massage, collagen supplement, exercises, etc).

champo hair growth serum does not help hair growth, it may do artificially by expanding hair strands temporarily, but not actual hair growth.
