still using the soap, and must say that it is working for me.
I will be adding collagen to the regime (supplement) and also b-complex by the end of the week, as I heard and read a lot about them. Also a friend of mine has been doing this with me, and he has been taking the above two, and his hair looks so much better now. He also bought the soap after he heard about it from me (hehe the company should pay me or give me discounts now that I introduced so many people to them).30th March 2016 at 1:30 pm #439
interesting, what are the mechanism behind the soap and how it works for hair growth?
yes collagen is a good supplement to take, it dramatically improves skin tone as well. I think my skin changed in like 2 weeks after taking a little everyday.
where did you buy your collagen from?30th March 2016 at 1:30 pm #441
bought the collagen from here:
Yes it does also make your skin change, but also hair texture for me, in a good way. the combination of taoist soap and collagen is stronger than even scalp massage and the soap.30th March 2016 at 2:36 pm #444
Great lakes is a good brand for collagen. and awesome for hair.
are you using the soap 3 times a week and leaving it in for a long time or what?3rd April 2016 at 3:59 pm #473
I don’t leave it in for that long, about 10-20 seconds depending on how I feel. I think it’s important to see how long is suitable by trial and error. I use it 2-3 times a week now. not everyday.6th April 2016 at 3:34 pm #475
how do you know if the duration leave in time is wrong?7th April 2016 at 5:40 am #476
you just know by trial and error. hard to explain. but if you try to leave in for various time frames in a week, you can see what feels best for your skin.
sometimes i vary it myself now, to keep the body guessing.11th April 2016 at 9:25 pm #541
can you take collagen supplements whilst on the taoist soap diet?11th April 2016 at 10:25 pm #543
what is the taoist soap diet? i never heard of it…12th April 2016 at 10:50 pm #544
do you mean the protein diet where you eat lean beef and leafy greens that their support team tell their customers about?
i assume that you do… and the answer is yes, you can use collagen supplements with the diet, infact it will help a lot with the overall growth rate. highly recommend it.13th April 2016 at 8:15 am #547
i haven’t heard of the taoist soap diet, is that what it’s actually called? i want to be on the diet, where can i get more information on this?13th April 2016 at 12:15 pm #549
there isn’t an exact place online, but the idea is to eat only leaf meats and no added sauces, and leafy greens like spinach and kale… no other veggies are allowed.
you do this for at least 2 weeks to reset the hormone system in the body, and it makes you look years younger as well. you can email their support team if you have questions but there isn’t any website I know of about other than that.14th April 2016 at 11:55 am #578
you can eat veggies, but it is better if you don’t as many vegetables will still affect hormones and affect blood sugar levels too highly, and this is why it is encouraged to stay on the lean diet for at least 2 weeks, then you can add more veggies.
if i were you, i would steam the leafy greens like kale and spinach, as too much raw is not suitable for many people (i know vegans will hate me to say this, but this is true as we are all different).14th April 2016 at 12:30 pm #551
i never knew people called it that.
yes it’s a great diet to be doing, it also helps with sugar addictions and people with diabetes (consult with doc of course).14th April 2016 at 12:57 pm #577
hehe we should start calling it the taoist soap diet, people will end up thinking that they should eat the soap instead 😛
but in all seriousness, I thought you were allowed veggies, and not just leafy greens?
