I was researching on caffeine and tea and coffee. and seems to find a correlation on hair loss and tea drinkers. anyone know this to be true with themselves?

Actually tea and coffee drinkers should stop drinking it for a while if they want to see best results.

ones who don’t drink tea or coffee, they can benefit by a one off drink or two – but the ones that drink regularly, should stop drinking it for 2-3 months. the effects alone are magical and sometimes you don’t even need other products to help hair growth.

    also take a b complex

You probably want to avoid too much caffeine for a number of reasons. It eventually leads to the hardening of blood vessels so inevitably leads to poorer circulation.
